Proteins provide essential amino acids that are required in our body to build new proteins and in muscle repair. Consumption of protein is very important as well as right amount of protein is very important for the body. Proteins are required in large amount for body building people, athletes and every one who does physical exercises regularly.

Proteins help in Muscle repair more rapidly and builds our muscles more quickly. Protein rich foods are Eggs, Milk, Soy Milk, Lean Meats, Fish, Peanut Butter, Yogurt, etc. Whey Protein is very much required for body builders and it also contains less fat. Diary products and Green vegetables are also rich in protein for vegetarians. Proteins along with carbohydrates provide a good food constituent. Excess of protein may also affect the body. Proteins provide more energy and stamina for the body.
