Infosys to Hire 9000

Even though many of the IT firms are feeling the hotness of Economic Recession and firing the employees, Infosys has decided to hire 9000 employees next year in march. This is possible only due to the effective strategic plans of the company. Infosys is one of the largest IT firm in India has a good employee retention policy and has unique development plans to face any economic crisis.

They were well aware of the situation that would be today a year ago and so they have implemented better development plans to face it. Sources say that they have more plans to hire employees during the next year up to 25,000 before 2010. It’s a great oppurtunity for all IT employees and will defenitely bring a smile in their faces.
