After beating Australia and clinching the Border Gavaskar Trophy Indians have continued their good form. They are leading the seven match series 5-0. They have already won the series. There are two games to go. It is a thorough clinical performance from India.
They have won the first two matches comprehensively. The next two matches were won under Duckworth-Lewis method. Sachin Tendulkar has returned from rest. He returned to team in the fourth match. He was bowled cheaply by Chris Broad. Yuvraj Singh became thorn in England’s flesh. He bounced back to form with two consecutive centuries. He was pronouncing trouble for England.
Andrew Flintoff said missing IPL cost them a lot. He also said: “Indians have learned a lot from IPL”. England have good players in the form of Kevin Petersen and Andrew Flintoff. The main reason of England’s Poor performance is lack of experience. Only Collingwood, Flintoff and Petersen have played in India.
Indians have buried the name of chokers at last. Will they be able to clean sweep them?
